REVIEW: Byron Bay Hot Water Service

This is my first post, and I though why not write about something I know. Recently I have to outsource one of my jobs to a business called Anytime Hot Water and I don’t regret it. I’m a plumber, sure, but I’m not a hot water system expert and being that lately in Australia that hot water systems must be installed by a qualified and licenced hot water specialist, I’m happy to pass on any work to these guys.

My Review

This was actually the reason for me starting the blog so I can just email the link to people and not be the middle man. If you’re reading this and I send you here, then please search for Anytime Hot Water or call them directly on 1300 468 888 and tell them Aussie Pete from Byron Bay sent you.

Now, so tell you about the process of me dealing with them.

I had a customer that – shall remain nameless – that wanted something very specific, and I couldn’t do it. Rather than admitting that I didn’t know and passing on the job, I found Anytime Hot Water on Google and called them up. the response time was amazing and could get there before I could. I showed up hoping to learn something and the installer was happy to show me how it’s done. Me being lazy as all hell, I didn’t really think it would be worth my time to learn how to so this and pass up on my existing clients, so share the love as they say.

  2. Shut off the water supply by rotating the water shut-off valve atop the water heater.water heater pic 2
  3. Attach a garden hose to the drain valve, extend the other end of the garden hose to a safe area to release the water outlet, and rotate the drain valve to open.water heater pic 5  Caution: The water in the unit will be very hot. You may want to wait a couple hours for the…
